Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Gwendoline Clarice Rice deceased housewife of Green Acres Blind Lane West End Southampton SO30 2HJ and who died on 10th October 2013 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executors, Mr D H Ebert, Mrs S J Glyn and Mrs S Rogers c/o David Ebert LLP Solicitors 44 High Street West End Southampton SO30 3DR and to send such particulars no later than twomonthsand onedayafterthe appearance of this Notice after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which theyhave had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had Notice.
