Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Black Dog Public HoUse, Winchester Road, Waltham Chase, SO32 2LX for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accor­dance with the submitted plan. The main alterations consist of an extension to the kitchen and trade area. The opening times and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety and other safety equip­ment subject to charge in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment. Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regula­tion is indicative only and subject to change. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 31 January 2014, to the Winchester City Council licensing Authority at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between during office hours and/or at www.winchester.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary convic­tion, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
