Notice is hereby given that Melvyn Ronald Utley of The Old Grain Store r/o 62 Rumbridge Street, Totton, Hampshire, SO40 9DS has applied to the Judge at Southampton County Court, for a Bailiff's Certificate.

Any person who knows of any reason why Melvyn Ronald Utley is not a fit and proper person to be granted a bailiff Certificate should write to the Court Manager at, Southampton County Court, London Road, Southampton, SO15 2XQ before 24th January 2014.
