NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Nick Billinghurst & Matthew Smith, Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Postal address of premises: Southampton Common, The Avenue, Highfield. Southampton, SO15 7NN.
The application is for a new, annual premises license for "Lets Rock Southampton" Family Music Festival, for one day per year only, for the following licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises) from 11:30 to 22:00
The Provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of: (a) an exhibition of a film, from 11:00 to 22:00; (b) a performance of live music, from 11:00 to 22:30; (c) playing of recorded music, from 11:00 to 22:30; (d) performance of dance, from 11:00 to 22:30
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them between the 19th December 2013 and 21st January 2014.
Please note that it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000)
