NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
ANY person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Geoffrey Alec Shergold, late of 18 Kineton Road, Shirley, Southampton SO15 7PQ, who died on 16 November 2013, is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned, the solicitors for the executor of the said deceased, on or before 10 February 2014, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
