LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Loungers Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Address of Premises - Santo Lounge Cafe/Bar, 429 Shirley Road, Southampton SO15 3JF.
It is proposed to vary the licence for these premises to: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to 23.00 hrs and opening time until 23.30 hrs. Also to bring forward opening hours to 08.00 hrs all week. All other times to remain unaltered.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00 hrs Monday to Friday or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.
Any representations by an interested party or relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton SO18 9LA so as to be received by them by 26 December 2013. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction of the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
