Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010
Notice Under Article 11 of Application for Planning Permission.
Proposed development at land west of Winchester Road and north of Harding's Lane, Fair Oak. Take notice that an application is being made by Bloor Homes (Southern) Limited and Highwood (Winchester Road) Limited for outline planning permission for demolition of existing storage buildings and residential development of up to 330 new homes, new community building together with associated open space, car parking and landscaping, with a new vehicular access off Winchester Road. All matters, save for means of access, are reserved for later consideration. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Eastleigh Borough Council, Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9YN. Anyowner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
