MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR DREDGING AND DISPOSAL WORKS
AT SMC MARCHWOOD
Notice is hereby given that Boskalis Westminster Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Dredging and Disposal Works at SMC Marchwood. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at New Forest District Council, Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9ZG.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register atwww.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to sam.kelly@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Wednesday,13 November 2013, quoting reference - MLA/2013/00351.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
