Notice of Application to vary a Premies Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for The Wagon Works, 28 Southampton Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9FJ. The application is to vary the premises licence as detailed below!- 1. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays to 01:00. 2. To extend the terminal hour late night refreshmenton Fridays and Saturdays to 01:30. 3. To extend the opening of the premises on Fridays and Saturdays to 01:30. 4.To extend regulated entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays to 01:30. 5. To remove and/or replace various conditions in Annexes 2 and 3 of the Premises Licence. There are no other changes to the premises licence. The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.eastleigh.gov.uk at any time. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Team, Southaampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY.Written representations must be received no later than Monday, 2nd December 2013.
