We, Jeremy Willmont and Bill Beach (IP Nos. 9044 and 9104) of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB give notice that on 22 October 2013 we were appointed joint liquidators of the above named Company by resolution of the members. The Company is able to pay all its known creditors in full. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to make a final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts, on or before 4 December 2013.
