Millbrook clocked up a point for every minute they were on the pitch as they walloped Ventnor 80-5 in their opening Hampshire 1 game of the season.
Brook, relegated from London 3 South-West last season, ran in six tries in the first half and another half-a-dozen after the break.
Mike Thomas went over the line twice to get the ball rolling, Garrie Silverthorne followed up with the first of his two first-half tries and Mark Colmer and Tom Colling also touched down.
Mark Colmerm left, got another after the interval, brother Rich then crossed the line, as did Kev Cant (twice) and Tiko before Ventnor finally hit back at the other end. James Henderson finished off the try scoring for Brook, while Mark Colmer converted ten of the 12 tries.
Captain Mike Randell said: “Playing away on the Island can be tough at any time of the season, so it’s pleasing to get a dominant result.”
