BUSH Hill progressed to the last 16 of the Hampshire Intermediate Cup with victory at Widbrook.

Goals from Liam Keites (57 mins) and Ronnie Spiteri (80 mins) gave the Southampton club a 2-1 success.

Bush are now home to Hampshire Premier League top flight rivals Clanfield on December 5.

Clanfield required a 75th minute goal from Billy Ashmore at QK Southampton to progress to the third round.

Netley Central Sports are through to the quarter finals of the Southampton Senior Cup.

They defeated Winchester City Reserves 3-2 with goals from Matt Camfield (40), Liam Nolan (64) and Matt Journeaux (75).

Winchester Castle were dumped out of the North Hants Senior Cup at the first round stage.

James Hobbs netted their consolation as they were beaten 2-1 at Hampshire Premier League rivals Overton.

Headley United of the HPL won 4-3 at Frimley in the first round of the Aldershot Intermediate Cup.

Rich McCann struck twice in the first 11 minutes with Ryan Evans and Matt Rayney also scoring in the second period.
