AFC Totton will welcome Southampton's under-21s to Snows Stadium as part of their 2024/25 pre-season schedule.
The Stags are building up to another Southern League Premier Division South campaign with promotion as the target.
Jimmy Ball's side were one win from the National League South but were beaten playoff finalists by Salisbury last month.
Southampton's premier academy side, meanwhile, missed out on Premier League 2 playoffs on the final day of their league season.
The two teams will meet on Saturday, July 13, at Snows Stadium for a friendly match with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.
Saints legend James Beattie was confirmed as AFC Totton's new director of football last month. He revealed to the Daily Echo his hope to strengthen the partnership between the two clubs.
A Saints XI is also set to visit local Southampton side Sholing FC on July 19, with details yet to be confirmed.
Saints under-21s are also scheduled to face Chippenham Town on Saturday, August 3, as part of the pre-season festivities.
