NATHAN Redmond has given Saints fans hope that he’ll be ready to play once football resumes.
The winger suffered a muscular injury back in February during a training session that was set to keep him sidelined for around two months.
But the coronavirus crisis has given Redmond the chance to regain his fitness ahead of football’s potential return in June.
Saints’ players could begin training in small groups as soon as Tuesday if they are given the green light to do so.
And, ahead of this, Redmond took to social media to display his fitness.

The 26-year-old posted a picture of himself after running up St Catherine’s Hill in Winchester.
Accompanying the selfie was a caption, which read: “My fake smile after running up St Catherine’s Hill #NotFunAtAll.”
Speaking to the Daily Echo, Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl revealed the winger is in line to return - but insisted he'll have to take it easy at first.
“For him, it was absolutely an advantage that we had this break.
“We must pay attention to when we return to training that we don’t overload him. We will have to be careful.”
