SAINTS have had four of their fixtures over the Christmas period changed.

Two of the games have been picked for TV, with the other two being rescheduled to a different time.

Saints’ home tie with Norwich, which will be played on Wednesday, 4 December will now kick-off at 7.30pm as opposed to 7.45pm.

The match with the newly-promoted side will also be broadcast live by Amazon, as part of their foray into screening Premier League games.

Saints’ long away trip to Newcastle has also been changed.

It was set to be played on Saturday, 7 December, but due to the Magpies having to play on the Thursday of that week, Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side will now travel to St James’ Park a day later.

The game will kick-off on Sunday, 8 December at 2pm.

West Ham’s visit to St Mary’s on 14 December has been selected for TV coverage by Sky Sports and will now kick-off at 5.30pm as opposed to 3pm.

Amazon also confirmed that Saints’ Boxing Day encounter with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge begins at 3pm, with it being screened by the online giant.

The club’s home fixture with Tottenham on New Year’s Day will be shown live and will get underway at 3pm.

Finally, Saints’ trip to Crystal Palace on Wednesday, 22 January, has been brought forward 24 hours to Tuesday, 21 January, with a 7.30pm kick-off time.
