SAINTs are advertising for a new coach to assist Radhi Jaidi with the Under-23s.

The U23s enjoyed a successful season both in Premier League 2 and in the graduation of several players to Ralph Hasenhuttl’s first team.

Jaidi's new assistant will have the opportunity to build on that success.

Saints' job advert describes the role as 'coaching and developing elite players based at our Category 1 Academy, Staplewood Training Ground.'

"We are looking for a coach that has an impressive level of experience, working within an elite sporting environment and coaching players within 17-23 age group.

"The ideal candidate will have gained relevant training qualifications including the UEFA A Licence and FA Youth Award as minimum.

"You will be required to assist in the team selection and coaching programme of the Under-23 Youth squad in conjunction with the Lead U23 Coach and play an integral role in the planning and organisation of the Under 23 weekly programme including match schedules and training loads.

"The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to think creatively in order to deliver coaching sessions which are high quality and engaging.
