Saints collected a pretty hopeless point at the King Power Stadium, only deepening their relegation problems.
It now looks like they are only heading one way - down to the Championship.
Saints never showed the urgency or fight to win against Leicester and the second-half was nothing short of boring.
As the Saints players trudged off the pitch, there were some deeply concerned looks from Les Reed and Ralph Krueger in the directors' box.
Saints look doomed. They are now four points from safety, but 17th-placed Swansea have a game in hand against them.
