A NEW home will be built in Peartree.
Developers have seen a plan to built the two-storey, two-bedroom dwelling at 8 Ailsa Lane approved.
The house will form the end of the terrace with associated car parking, bin and cycle storage built following the demolition of the existing garages.
It was approved by Southampton City Council on June 12.
