A NEW ten bedroom home is being created in Bitterne Park.
The property at 60 Cobden Avenue you will now have extra living accommodation after the plan was approved by Southampton City Council.
As part of the plan, a two-storey side and rear extension will be erected as well as alterations to the roof.
Six windows will also be installed.
It was approved on June 5.
