PLANS to build a new home in Millbrook have been scrapped.
Developers had earmarked the land towards the rear of 3-8 Walnut Grow as the spot for a new four-bedroom detached dwelling, following the demolition of existing garages.
However, Southampton City Council said the development would be "harmful to the character of the area".
It was rejected on Thursday, May 31.
