AN appeal has been lodged after civic chiefs rejected plans for a pair of semi-detached houses.
New Forest District Council refused to support proposals to demolish Solent Breeze at Marine Drive West in Barton on Sea and replace it two new homes.
A government-appointed planning inspector will decide if the council's decision should be quashed.
