A DOG owner has been fined for failing to keep his dog under proper control.
Tomasz Szczepanski must now keep his German Shepherd, known as Goya, under control on a lead and muzzled at all times when out in any public place.
The 40-year-old appeared in Southampton Magistrates' Court charged with two counts of failing to keep his dog under control, pleading guilty to both.
Szczepanski, of St Francis Close, Blackfield, was fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
