The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

  • Oliver Frederick King, 21, of Water Lane, Totton. Pleaded guilty to obstructing a police constable in his duty. Fined £100. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined £400, banned from driving for six months and told to pay victim services surcharge of £40. Also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Fined £100.   • Sebastian Kowalczyk, 34, of Ingoldfield Lane, Soberton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 22 months, fined £1,000 with £85 costs and told to pay victim services surcharge of £100.

  • Laura Milaseviciene, 38, of Borden Way, North Baddesley. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 15 months, fined £600 with £85 costs and told to pay victim services surcharge of £60.

  • Angela Julie Milburn, 52, of Poplar Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 20 months, fined £600 with £85 costs, and told to pay victim services surcharge of £60.

  • Shaun Patrick Murphy, 60, of Leaside Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Fined £300 with £85 costs and told to pay victim services surcharge of £30.

  • Kim Jacqueline Philpott, 55, of Drum Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 20 months, fined £400 with £85 costs, and told to pay victim services surcharge of £40.

  • Paul Stephen Collins, 27, of Ridding Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing groceries valued at £372.57 from McColl's. Community order, including requirement to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, and told to pay £457 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to stealing groceries valued at £49.98 from McColl's. Community order. Also pleaded guilty to stealing groceries valued at £35 belonging to McColl's. Community order.

  • Patrick John Cruise, 47, of Court Close, Calmore. Pleaded guilty to breaching non-molestation order. Fined £500 with £85 costs and told to pay victim services surcharge of £50.

  • David Dennis Fry, 46, of Church View, Weston Grove Road, Southampton. Found guilty of breaching a restraining order. Community order, £150 fine, £100 costs and £85 victim services surcharge.

  • Sebastian Jerzy Jarosinski, 34, of Argyle Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Community order, restraining order, £620 costs, £85 victim services surcharge.

  • Timothy Robert Horstead, 28, of Ellwood Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Fined £80 with £40 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

  • Kim Naomi Clifton, 50, Portswood Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £450 with £85 costs, and told to pay victim services surcharge of £45.

  • Daren Roud, 48, of Croydon Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 29 months, fined £500, with £85 costs, and told to pay victim services surcharge of £50.

  • Damian Jozef Spedzia, 42, of Milner Court, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving, fined £750 with £85 costs, and told to pay victim services surcharge of £75.

  • Luke Andrew Ward, 32, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £34.60 belonging to the Co-op. Committed to prison for 28 days. Also pleaded guilty to stealing four pots of honey from Holland & Barrett.

  • Noel Dalgetty, 22, of Newman Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Two-year conditional discharge, £150 compensation order, £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to sending message containing a photograph of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Two-year conditional discharge.

  • Ednah Arkwell, 49, of Archers Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned from driving for 18 months, £500 fine with £85 costs, and £50 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Fined £150.

  • Paul Michael Simmonds, 47, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a jacket valued at £74.99 belonging to Superdry. Committed to prison for two months, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £74.99 compensation.
