A WINCHESTER man who twice exposed himself in public has been ordered to undertake unpaid work.
Andrew Royston Mills, 65, was twice seen in Winnall Moors nature reserve, on April 3 and July 31 last year.
Mills, of Southgate Street, admitted the charges at a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
He was banned from the reserve until July 2 2019, ordered to undertake 100 hours unpaid work and have a community order for a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 30 days.
Mills was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
