It was an epic cycle challenge pedalling more than 1,000 miles for a great cause.
Two friends have completed their unsupported18 day bike ride from Land's End to John O'Groats, and raised nearly £8,000 for Sophie's Legacy.
Gary Grundy and Stan Bruton pedalled between 75 and 100 miles each day, staying in hotels, B&Bs and with friends of friends along the way.

They received lots of sponsorship and support from well wishers, many of them complete strangers, as they took on the challenge, which totalled 1.127 miles in the end.
Gary, the MD of Novaseal Ltd, has been supporting the charity since donating some doors to an art centre in memory of Sophie, from Stubbington.
She was just ten years old when she passed away from a rare form of cancer. Sophie's Legacy has been created in her memory to fulfil her wishes to help others, and create national change helping to support children and families in hospital.
