Bargate Homes has received the 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-House Research for the sixth consecutive year.

Vivid also bagged a Gold Award reflecting their ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service.

The accolades came as part of the annual UK housebuilding industry awards, which are based on customer feedback scores gathered via an independent telephone survey throughout the year.

This year's results were based on 2023's customer satisfaction levels. The company garnered an impressive Net Promoter Score of 85.2 and an astounding 96 per cent rating from customers who would recommend their services to friends or family.

Mark White, managing director of Bargate Homes, said: "We are extremely proud to have once again been recognised by In-House Research for our outstanding customer satisfaction rating. Despite the challenges the industry tackled during 2023 – including five Bank of England Base Rate hikes – the Bargate team handed over more than 200 hand-crafted houses and apartments to customers. This was our highest number of annual home completions since we established the company in 2004.

"With 1,500 home completions in our sights over the next four years, it is more important than ever that we construct an excellent product that sets us apart. Our customer-focused ethos continues well beyond the move-in date, which is reflected in our satisfaction score, but also by the number of purchasers who are now moving up the ladder to their next Bargate home.

Founded in 2006, Bargate Homes champions the construction of select development in Hampshire, Dorset, and West Sussex's prime locations.

The company currently has 300 homes under construction across six developments, with a projected pipeline of over 2,500 new homes.
