Plans to add a garden and a sauna building to a Southampton gym have been given the go-ahead.
Southampton City Council approved plans for David Lloyd Southampton to build a landscaped garden spa at its site off Frogmore Lane.
The proposals will see the new facilities be built on the south of the club, in an area currently occupied by a tennis court, battle box and a multi-use court.
Council chiefs made the decision on April 16.

The planning application said: "The club currently has a very limited internal spa offering. There have been considerable requests for an improvement in these facilities, the proposed works aim to address these requests.
"It is proposed to build a new spa garden, containing a new sauna building."
It added: "The spa garden has been located in the area currently occupied by the multi-use court and battlebox.
"This location provides direct access off the existing pool terrace and is positioned to gain the most direct sunlight.
"The existing multi-use court and battlebox will be relocated onto the adjacent tennis court."
