The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.

ANDREW BRADY, 42, admitted theft from a shop after he stole cheese, peanut butter, bacon and washing gel worth £69.90 from One Stop Stores Ltd in Elson Lane, Gosport. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress during the same incident. Brady was ordered to pay £69.90 compensation and was jailed for four weeks. 

DARREN HAM, 21, of Northumberland Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating at YMCA Southampton at Cranbury Place. He has been bailed to appear at the same court on March 8 for sentencing. 

NATALIE SNOW, 38, of Northbrook Road, Southampton admitted two counts of theft from a shop after £80 worth of health and beauty products were stolen from Welcome on Duke Street. She also stole underwear from Foot Asylum worth £125.97. Snow was given a community order until July 7, 2025, with 20 rehabilitation days. She must also pay £80 compensation.

ANGELA MCGLONE, 52, of West Quay Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely heroin and cocaine. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. McGlone was ordered to pay a £49 fine and £49 court costs. 

CRISTOFOR SALI, 22, of Stafford Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after items worth £303.48 were stolen from Aldi at The Gillies, Fareham. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £303.48 in compensation. Sali must also pay £85 court costs. 

STEPHEN MILLS, 47, of no fixed abode admitted causing criminal damage to a window belonging to Telereal Trillium. He was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on January 24.
