The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

LEO BARNETT, 19, of Woodside Avenue, Eastleigh, admitted attempting to drive a vehicle whilst over the limit for drugs. He was caught with cannabis in his blood on Grantham Avenue in Southampton. Barnett was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £333. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £133 surcharge. 

MARK WILDEY, 56, of Tatwin Crescent, Southampton, admitted drink driving at Tatwin Crescent. He was found with 216 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Wildey was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £500. He must also pay £85 towards court costs and a £200 surcharge. 

STEFFAN GUSTAVE, 25, of McMullen Barracks, Marchwood, admitted drink driving on Sway Road, Lymington. He was found to have 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Gustave was banned for 12 months and fined £300. He must pay £85 court costs.

GIMI DURAC, 25, of Avenue Road, Southampton, admitted charges of driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance on Cedar Road, Southampton. Durac was bailed to appear at the same court on November 3 for sentencing.

JOHN MCDONAGH, 45, of Yaverland, Netley, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Southampton Central Police Station. He was given an interim disqualification and bailed to appear at the same court on November 3 for sentencing.

ANTHONY CHILAKA, 35, of Neva Road, Southampton, admitted drink driving on Lyon Street, Southampton. He was found to have 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Chilaka was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £300. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £120 surcharge. 

DAVID COPPINGER, 52, of Almansa Way, Lymington admitted drink driving on Lymington High Street. He was caught with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Coppinger was disqualified for 16 months and fined £500. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £200 surcharge.
