A date has been set for a lorry driver to attend court after a pedestrian was injured when an HGV shed part of its load.
Salwomir Kotlowski, 40, is due to appear at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on December 18, 2023, at 10am.
It comes after a 23-year-old council worker was left in a critical condition after the incident on the A35 outside the former Lyndhurst Park Hotel.

An Air Ambulance was sent to the scene and landed at Boltons Bench with paramedics rushing to the aid of the casualty.
She was taken to University Hospital Southampton after receiving emergency treatment with her condition described at the time as critical.
Kotlowski from Stevenage, Hertfordshire is accused of driving with an insecure load.
