A HAMPSHIRE wine tutor has taken her popular tasting sessions online.
Cecile Bergart, proprietor of Hampshire Wine School, is now offering virtual wine tasting sessions via Zoom every Wednesday and Saturday.
She said: "With the need for as many of us as possible to stay home and save lives, we have turned our attention to finding other ways to share the joy of wine with you. Drinking alone? Well no more!
"You can't come to me, but I can come to you via your phone, tablet, laptop or computer. So join me live for online wine tasting events to amuse, distract and educate you whilst stuck indoors!
"I hope this new concept will tickle your tastebuds!"
Tickets are £10 and the wines used are available in supermarkets while doing your essential shopping.
Cecile usually offers wine, gin and whisky tastings as well as food and wine pairing evenings, at various venues across Hampshire, including White Star Tavern and The Dolphin in Southampton and St James Tavern in Winchester.
