Fareham man given domestic violence protection order
A FAREHAM man has been given a domestic violence protection order for 28 days.
Assad Al Wagdani, of St Pauls Road, Fareham, was given the order for the protection of another person until midnight on May 4.
After the protection notice was served by a constable, Portsmouth Magistrates' Court ordered that Wagdani must not molest the associated person.
The order includes includes not using or threatening violence against them and/or instructing or encouraging or in any way suggesting that any other person should do so.
It also includes not intimidating, harassing or pestering them and/or encouraging or in any way suggesting that any other person should do so.
