FIREFIGHTERS clapped for the NHS and frontline workers tackling the coronavirus pandemic this evening.
Every Thursday, people across Southampton and the UK are clapping at 8pm every evening in honour of our amazing heroes working throughout the crisis.
Tonight was the third Thursday in a row that saw people standing on balconies, door steps - and fire stations - to pay their thanks to key workers.
It forms part of the Daily Echo's #ThereWithYou campaign shining a light on our NHS and 999 heroes in the community.
The video below shows firefighters at St Mary's Fire Station keeping their social distancing and clapping.
