The most spectacular moon of the year was spotted above the skies in Hampshire last night.
Daily Echo Camera Club members took advantage and captured some amazing images of the supermoon.
It occurs when the moon reaches its closest position to the Earth making the moon appear bigger and brighter than usual.
The pink supermoon name is a northern Native American reference to an early-blooming wildflower, which starts to pop up in the US and Canada at the beginning of spring.
