A MAN was caught failing to display a valid parking permit for three days in a row.
Ray Langwell parked in a space at Burnhams Walk Car Park, Gosport on three consecutive days and then failed to pay a standard charge to Gosport Borough Council within 21 days.
The verdict of three counts of failing to display a valid parking ticket and failing to pay a standard charge in 21 days was proven at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, in the absence of Langwell, of Rohford Road, Portsmouth.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £210 in compensation, £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
