North Loading Bay Car Park
A MAN has been fined after he failed to pay the council following a visit to a Hampshire town.
Adam Mcalister was caught using a space in a Gosport car park having failed to display a valid parking ticket.
Mcalister, of Cranleigh Road, Bournemouth, also did not pay Gosport Borough Council a standard charge ordered to him within 21 days after parking at North Loading Bay Car Park.
The verdict was proved at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court in his absence.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
