A TEENAGER has been given a driving ban for 20 months after he was caught with over double the alcohol limit in his blood.
Luke Knight, 19, drove a Ford KA on Bridge Road in Sarisbury Green, with 186 microgrammes of alcohol in his blood.
The drink drive limit in the UK is 80 microgrammes, meaning he was over two times the specified limit.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates Court, of Oaklands Way, Fareham, he pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving.
Knight was disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £272.
He was also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
