A SOUTHAMPTON man who harassed a couple for money has been handed a restraining order.
Daniel Shaun Marczylo, 33, harrassed a man and a woman in Southampton asking for money between October 7 and January 6.
On January 5, on Nightingale Road, Southampton, the 33-year-old assaulted a police officer
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one account of harassment and one account of assaulting an emergency worker by beating.
Marczylo, of no fixed address, was committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months and handed a restraining order banning him from contacting his victims or visiting their address for two years.
He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation.
