AN AUDI has been stolen in Romsey and police are appealing for witnesses.
Yesterday at 12.48pm an Audi Q5 S Line Quattro was stolen from an address in Cutforth Way, Abbotswood, Romsey.
Police say the offenders approached the vehicle riding a motorcycle.
While one remained on the bike, the other broke into the vehicle and has hotwired it, stealing it within a matter of moments.
They said the stolen vehicle has then reversed out on to Cutforth way and has driven off at speed behind the motorcycle in the direction of the Abbottswood Co-Op.
Both offenders are believed to be male and wearing crash helmets throughout, one grey and one pink.
A police spokesperson said: "If you have any information about this incident or have any CCTV then please make us aware by calling 101 and quoting the following reference no 44200053074 for the attention of PC 24334 Browne.
"Please also call police if you locate a Blue Audi S Line Q5 that could be the vehicle in question."
