DAVID RICHARD SPENCE, 35, of Steuart Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and one count of criminal damage. Community order made for 12 months including 100 hours of unpaid work and five days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

MATTHEW CHRISTOPHER JOHN WHITLOCK, 39, of Coxford Drive, Southampton. Admitted breaching community order by failing to provide documentary evidence to excuse attendance at an appointment. Fined £75.

KERRY ZABIELA, 33, of Paignton Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching order by failing comply with supervision requirements of post sentence supervision. Fined £50.

DANIEL SHAUN MARCZYLO, 33, of Hedley Close, Fawley, New Forest. Admitted breaching suspended sentence order by failing to comply with community requirements. Suspended sentence of five months activated.

MERVYN MICHAEL MOODY, 50, of Birch Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. Conditional discharge for six months. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £21.

ALBERT JAN DUDKA, 36, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of amphetamine. Fined £67, ordered to pay a victim surcharge or £32 and court costs of £85.

ANGUS SIMMONS, 43, of Market Street, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drug driving and driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Also fined £120, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

STEFAN-ALIN MUNTEAN, 32, Brecon Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Fined £275, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and compensation of £50.

KRISTA LORAINNE CAMPBELL, 32, of Powell Crescent, Totton, New Forest. Pleaded guilty to damaging two car windows to the value of £75. Fined £150 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and £50 in court costs.

STUART MICHAEL DAWKINS, 30, of Clarendon Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one account of drink driving and two accounts of failing to surrender to Southampton Magistrates’ Court. Community order made to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work with 12 months, disqualified from driving for 24 months and fined £100. Ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

DOMINIK FILIP STASIAK, 18, of Bluebell Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance. Community order made and disqualified from driving for 26 months. Ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge.

ZAHIR AHMED, 33, of Derby Road, Southampton. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of one account of driving without insurance and one account of driving with a carpet that was blocking full view out of the passenger window, with a heavy tool box lying on top of carpets behind the driver, which involved a danger of injury to any person. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £180. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £620 in court costs.

AYRON G AXTON, 26, of Winchester Road, Shedfield. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of failing to give information to police on the identification of the driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points and fined £660. Also ordered to pay £65.98 victim surcharge and £620 in court costs.
