My brother and I both 95 and 85 years old with disabled badges decided to attend the Mayflower theatre on Friday November 8 to see Les Miserables. We arrived at 6 o clock in the multi storey car park to find a perfect parking spot for disabled parking right by the entrance. But because you are isolated from other cars parking is slightly difficult. Never the less we had a wonderful theatre night and saw a magnificent show, thank you Southampton for this lovely production and theatre. Unfortunately on returning to our care we were presented with a ticket for £50 for not parking straight, when we felt a warning notice would have been enough. So to the person who issued the ticket "Merry Christmas" and we still enjoyed our wonderful evening.
