AN Alresford man has been banned from the road for drug driving.
Richard Alan Griffin, 41, was stopped by police officers on May 1 on the M3 at Winchester whilst he was driving an 18-reg Volkswagen Tiguan.
When tested he had an illegal amount of cannabis in his system, a court was told.
Griffin, of Brill Close, admitted the charge at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £100 with a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
