A BURST water main has left people without any water.
It was reported that those living in the SO52 North Baddesley area have had no water or low pressure water since a water main was damaged yesterday.
The 600mm main was "damaged by a third party".
Southern Water's website says that repairs are progressing in the area and that people will have their supplies restored while they carry out essential works.
A spokesperson for Southern Water said: "Following damage to a water main yesterday at Castle Lane in North Baddesley, Southampton, crews were sent to carry out emergency repairs.
"We found the 600mm main had been damaged by a third party and repair works are ongoing.
"Some customers may have experienced low pressure or a loss of supply during this time and again this morning, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of these emergency repairs."
