The proposals submitted to Southampton City Council detail plans to expand a personal al training and exercise space already at rear of the property.

The current window film is to be removed and replaced with an opaque white film with black and blue lettering.

Installed in the gym will be exercise equipment and weights.

There are also proposals to create an additional three parking spaces, bringing to total up to six spaces all together.

The plans state that the gym could be open from 6am to 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 8pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 8pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The 200 sq.meter building is currently used as a charity superstore for Naomi House and Jacksplace.
