ASHLEY JOHN EVERETT, 30, of Broadlands Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also fined £415, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £41.

MICHAEL ANTHONY SUTTON, 32, of Ruthin Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault on an emergency worker. Conditional discharge for 18 months. Also ordered to pay an £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

LEE CHRISTOPHER BEDWELL, 48, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and criminal damage. He was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to complete six month alcohol dependency treatment and 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay compensation of £399.

STEPHEN HENRY SMYTHE BRENNAN, 50, of Greywell Road, Havant. Pleaded guilty to attempting to steal items from Lloyds Pharmacy. He was fined £120, ordered to pay court costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £32.

DANIEL JAY WARLOW, 31, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to two counts of theft and breaching a suspended sentence order. Jailed for four months and 35 days.
