TWO teenagers were robbed at knifepoint in Southampton.
Two 14-year-old boys were approached by a group of three males, one of which was in possession of a knife, on Friday, September 6 at some time between 8pm and 8.35pm on Blackthorne Road.
They took a bike from one of the boys and a mobile phone from the other boy.
A man who was passing by then intervened and the three offenders ran off with the stolen items.
Now, police are appealing for information to help trace a passer-by who intervened.
Detective Constable Sophie Palmer, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this incident, in which a mountain bike and an Apple iPhone were stolen, to get in touch.
“We’re particularly keen to speak to the passer-by who intervened as he may have vital information to assist our investigation. If this was you, or you know who he is, please get in touch.”
