A MAN who resisted arrest has been ordered to pay a police officer hundreds of pounds in compensation.
Barry Shaun Mabey, 28, resisted arrested by an officer in Southampton on June 9.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates ordered Mabey, of Bitterne Road West, pay compensation of £800 to the officer.
