A FLASHER exposed himself to a man with a young child as he walked along a city centre street.
Robert Darren Coombes exposed his genitals to the man while he was in Southampton High Street.
He also made a rude remark to the man, who was with his young child at the time.
The 46-year-old defendant then urinated in a nearby alleyway.
The incident, which took place on May 24, was witnessed by two people in a nearby building.
Coombes was arrested and found to be in possession of the Class B drug, Amphetamine.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court yesterday (August 7), Coombes was sentenced to a community order.
He had previously denied a charge of indecent exposure and possession of a Class B drug.
But he was found guilty following a trial at the magistrates' court last month.
As part of his community order, Coombes, whose address listed to the court was Winchester Prison, was ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
He was ordered to pay a £100 fine, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £100.
