A MAN has been charged for the murder of a Gosport woman.
Brendan Rowan-Davies, 28, of Haslar Road has been charged for the murder of Kelly-Ann Case.
He was charged yesterday and is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court today.
Three other men were arrested in connection with the investigation.
A 32-year-old man from Gosport was released from custody but remains under investigation.
A 26-year-old man of no fixed abode and a 28-year-old man from Gosport have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
The body of 27-year-old Kelly of Grange Crescent was found by firefighters following a fire at her home on Tuesday, July 30.
Last week her "heartbroken" family and friends paid tribute their tributes to her.
Her family said: “Kelly was lively and vibrant and we’ve lost our best friend.
“She was a daughter, mother, sister and auntie and we are thinking of her.
“Please respect our privacy at this difficult time.”
