A HOST of free family-friendly activities have been confirmed for the return of the Ageas Bowl’s Outdoor Cinema, which takes place on Saturday.

Following last year’s successful inaugural outdoor cinema, this summer’s event sees Disney Pixar’s Finding Nemo return to the big screen, followed by the recent worldwide smash hit Bohemian Rhapsody.

Entertainment will include giant inflatables, face painting, a selfie booth, arts and crafts, live music from The Gun Show and more, whilst food and drink will be available from a wide range of snack kiosks.

The event will see both feature films screened on a giant HD Samsung screen, offering a unique cinematic experience with spectators having the opportunity to enjoy the showing out on the Ageas Bowl outfield.

Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. Freddie defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound. They reach unparalleled success, but in an unexpected turn Freddie, surrounded by darker influences, shuns Queen in pursuit of his solo career. Having suffered greatly without the collaboration of Queen, Freddie manages to reunite with his bandmates just in time for Live Aid. While bravely facing a recent AIDS diagnosis, Freddie leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music.

Finding Nemo is a Disney Pixar children's classic. Marlin (Albert Brooks), a clown fish, is overly cautious with his son, Nemo (Alexander Gould), who has a foreshortened fin. When Nemo swims too close to the surface to prove himself, he is caught by a diver, and horrified Marlin must set out to find him. A blue reef fish named Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) -- who has a really short memory -- joins Marlin and complicates the encounters with sharks, jellyfish, and a host of ocean dangers. Meanwhile, Nemo plots his escape from a dentist's fish tank.
